GSA Greater Accra Regional Manager Calls Greater Accra Regional Minister

What we know

The Greater Accra Regional Manager of the Ghana Standards Authority (GSA), Clement Kwolaga Kubati paid a courtesy call on the award-winning Greater Accra Regional Minister, Hon. Linda Obenewaa Akweley Ocloo, to discuss collaboration in identifying and removing substandard products from the market. The meeting focused on strengthening partnerships to promote fair trade, protect consumers, and ensure that goods and services within the region conform to approved standards. Both parties expressed their commitment to working together to eliminate substandard products and improve the quality of goods and services available to the public. Discussions also covered the expansion of Ghana Standards Authority activities through the establishment of offices within selected Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies across the region. The Regional Minister welcomed the initiative and assured the Authority of the necessary support and provision of office facilities to facilitate its implementation
